SibNet is a remarkably thoughtful, nonjudgmental community of adult sisters and brothers of people who have disabilities. This organization shares information about workshops, strategies, & services to help siblings advocate for their siblings with disabilities & families. Siblings are free to discuss concerns and challenges–but insights and joys that only other sibs are likely to understand. Support Group For In-Laws
Sib-in-laws is a group that intends to be a safe space for sib-in-laws to gather together to support each other and share resources and ideas. A sib-in-law is someone who’s partner has a sibling(s) with disabilities. Although there are now wonderful resources for siblings, the unique role of being a sib-in-law is still very much in need of support. This group is a start to building that support network.
